We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms.

Orders, Pricing & Availability

Product images are for representation; actual appearance may vary slightly.

Prices, availability, and offers may change without prior notice.

We may refuse or cancel an order due to stock issues, service limitations, or suspected fraud. If payment was captured, we will initiate a refund per our policy.

Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, peak demand, or unforeseen conditions.

Ensure the delivery address and phone number are correct. Failed deliveries due to incorrect details may not be eligible for full refund.

Customization & Messages

For customized cakes, you are responsible for providing accurate customization text. Once prepared, customized orders may not be eligible for cancellation or refund except for quality issues.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation windows depend on product type and preparation status. Refunds, if approved, are processed to the original payment method and may take time depending on the payment provider or bank.

Quality Issues / Complaints

If you face a quality issue, contact support within 1 hour of delivery with order ID and photos or videos where relevant. We will assess and provide resolution at our discretion.
